VillaVerde Homes Alicante was founded by us, Oscar and Melissa, a Dutch couple with a great love for Spain – and the Alicante region in particular.
After years of enjoying holidays on the Costa Blanca, we made our dream come true in 2023: our own villa in Busot. From that place, the idea for VillaVerde was also born.
With five grown-up children and a background in entrepreneurship and services, we know how important trust, clarity and quality are.
Our mission is simple: we want to completely unburden homeowners. Whether you use your property yourself or rent it out – you should always be able to count on care, discretion and perfect service.
We focus on Dutch, Belgian and international homeowners in the middle and upper segment who value comfort, reliability and a personal approach.
We are at the helm of our company ourselves, know the region and our clients, and only work with professionals who share our standards.
Your home deserves care and attention, even when you are not there yourself.
With VillaVerde Homes Alicante, your second home is in good hands.
